How do I restore my purchases?
Currently, Chromaforge does not support in-app purchases or subscriptions, so there is no need to restore purchases. All progress is saved locally on your device.
I lost my progress. Can I get it back?
Game progress (levels, lives, crystals) is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, your progress will be reset. Currently, we do not support cloud saves.
How do I report a bug or issue?
If you encounter any bugs, crashes, or unintended behavior in the game, please contact us directly using the email provided below. Be sure to include your device model and OS version.
